I am a fully qualified person-centred and psychodynamic counsellor with 7 years of experience in this modality. I utilise creative methods in sessions where I deem it appropriate, and tailor my approach to each individual as I believe one size does not fit all.
I really enjoy working with young adults and I believe my clients value having a younger counsellor who can understand, and relate to them in terms of what it's like to be a young adult in 2025.
Through being neurodiverse, (diagnosed with ADHD in 2023 and currently seeking an autism assessment) and going through my own process of unmasking and understanding how my brain works, I tend to work really well with other neurodiverse folk. When working with clients, I hope to help them to deepen their own self awareness, come to a place of acceptance, whilst empathising with the challenges that come with being neurodiverse.
Where I practice from
I practice from a beautiful shared space just outside of Cheltenham town centre called Cheltenham Therapy Rooms:
Alleyne Lodge, Knapp Rd, Cheltenham GL50 3QH
There is free parking for three hours at Waitrose which is a 3 minute walk from the rooms, or there is a pay and display car park round the corner, again only a 3 minute walk.
There is a toilet upstairs however there is no lift for those with accessibility needs. There is a downstairs room that can be booked upon request.
